Managing Printers

Adding a Printer

To add a new printer to a floor:

Click

File

→

New

→

Printer

or click on the toolbar.

The

Add New Printer

window appears showing the

Basics

tab.

Type the printer name.

NOTE: To avoid confusion for the end users, ensure no two printers have the

same name.

Type a description for the printer. This description is used by the

Icon Filter to associate an icon to the printer.

Type a printer location (optional).
